Actor Feroze Khan and his former spouse Alizeh Sultan have reached an amicable agreement on the custody of their children, concluding the custody discussions.

The settlement was reported by YouTuber Ayaz Brohi, who noted that the custody transfer issues were settled amicably.

According to the custody agreement, their daughter Fatima will stay with her mother Alizeh, while their son Sultan will be with his father, Feroze Khan. Both parents retain the right to contact their

Feroze Khan has committed to a monthly financial contribution of Rs 75,000 for Fatima's upbringing, to be paid by the 3rd of each month.

Additionally, Feroze Khan will bear all costs for Sultan. The agreement stipulates a 10% annual increase in the financial support for Fatima, and Feroze Khan will also handle her educational and any urgent expenses.

The memorandum of understanding allows both parents to spend special occasions with their children and includes provisions for international travel.Should any disputes arise concerning the children, the parents have agreed to seek a peaceful resolution at home.

Following the agreement, Feroze Khan shared his happiness with a social media post featuring his son Sultan, while Alizeh has temporarily disabled her Instagram account.

The couple, who married in 2018 and welcomed Sultan in 2019 and Fatima in February 2022, separated after the birth of their children and completed their divorce proceedings in September 2022.
