Around the world, today is International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

The 29th of November has been declared an International Day of Solidarity with Palestinian People by the UN General Assembly.

The 29th of November was designated as the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People by the General Assembly in 1977.

UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres said that the Palestinian people in Gaza are experiencing a humanitarian disast

er in a statement released on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People.

Nearly 1.7 million Palestinians in the Gaza Strip have been forcibly removed from their homes, according to the UN Secretary-General.

He demanded that all captives be freed, that civilians be protected, that life-saving supplies be made available without limitations, and that transgressions of international humanitarian law cease.

The Palestine Solidarity Committee is calling for participation from all facets of society at a press conference on Monday at the Karachi Press Club in order to commemorate the UN International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People. The rally will take place on Wednesday, or tomorrow, at 3.30 pm at the Sharah-i-Qaideen-Tariq Road intersection.

The platform, according to former Karachi administrator Fahim Zaman, is nonpartisan and apolitical. The notion is that those who identify as Karachiites—leftists, rightists, centralists, and religious people who sympathize with Palestine's suffering—should congregate in one location.
